C-33 Additive Change Order 2 for Green Cove Springs Junior High School Restroom Renovation (Phase II)
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board. This change order will add water line valves to each restroom. Contractor: DOS Constructors, Inc.; Engineer: McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.
Recommended Action
Approve the change order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $3,880.00. The substantial completion date is August 14, 2009. Architect fees will increase by $232.80 as a result of this Change Order.
